JARROD HODGKIN
Cofounder and Recruiter
Having graduated with a business degree, Jarrod has since spent over 12 years in recruitment. He has a diverse recruiting background, working in everything from Blue Collar, Labour hire, to Permanent Recruitment. Jarrod has a down-to-earth nature and possesses a strong set of business skills and prioritises building client relationships over time.
Away from the office, Jarrod enjoys spending time with his family, going out for dinner, and holds the company title of 2nd best Golfer!
JETT SMITH
Cofounder and Recruiter
Head of the permanent recruitment division, Jett has a wealth of knowledge when it comes to sourcing talent. Having spent the last 6 years in the industry, Jett boasts experience handling positions ranging from Entry Level, Senior Management & Executive Headhunting. Jett has an easy-going nature with strong interpersonal skills, prioritizing trust and transparency.
Growing up in Country Victoria, Jett enjoys spending time outside, skiing, fishing & beating Jarrod (with ease) in golf.
MELINDA WHEELER
Payroll Manager
After working as a veterinary nurse for many years, Melinda made a career change to support her family’s business with its bookkeeping needs. She went on to complete a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping and became a registered BAS agent. This career shift sparked her passion for bookkeeping and BAS services, and for the past 12 years she has assisted a wide range of businesses in meeting their financial and compliance obligations. Melinda enjoys keeping the numbers balanced and ensuring staff are paid accurately and on time.
Outside of work, Melinda loves following her husband and sons to motocross races and spending time with her daughter and their horses.
